    Fish fingers are a family favorite in our house! The kids love them, I love them, and best of all, I can cook a batch in under 10 minutes using my air fryer. And I don't even need to add oil!

    • 8 frozen fish fingers

    Instructions

    • Preheat the air fryer by running it at 400 °F for 5 minutes.
    • Place frozen fish fingers in a single layer in the air fryer basket and air fry 8 minutes at 400 °F, turning them once halfway.

    • Check if they are done and as crispy as you like them - if not, add a few minutes. Make sure they are also heated through, to at least and heated to at least 160 °F. Then serve immediately, before the crisp is gone!

    What to Do with Leftovers

    Fish fingers are best eaten right after cooking, but you can save leftovers as well.
    • Storing: Store leftovers in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
    • Freezing: Do not re-freeze leftovers.
    • Reheating in the air fryer: Reheat at 400℉ (200℃) for 2-3 minutes, until heated through.
