While the air fryer is preheating, mix the butter, chopped parsley, minced garlic and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl.
2 tablespoon butter, ½ tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, ½ teaspoon minced garlic, ¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Season the steaks with salt and pepper then place them in the air fryer basket. Ensure there's enough room between them for the hot air to circulate. If the steaks are too big, do them one at a time instead of stacking.
2 steaks, ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Cook at 400 °F for 6 minutes.
After 6 minutes, open the fry basket and flip and rotate the steaks. This will allow the steaks to cook evenly.
Replace the fry basket and cook for another 6 minutes. If you prefer them well done, cook for 8 minutes instead.
Remove the fry basket and let the steaks sit for roughly 6 minutes. Again, this will help to promote even cooking.
Add the garlic butter sauce and spread it out with a spoon. Enjoy!
