What to Do with Leftovers
Wings are best eaten straight away, but it is also possible to store them for later.
Storing: Store leftovers in the fridge in an air tight container for up to 4 days.
Freezing: Store leftovers in air tight containers for up to 3 months.
Reheat from frozen: You don't need to thaw frozen wings, just cook them straight from frozen. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10-15 minutes, until well heated throughout.
How to Prep Wings Ahead of Time
You can marinate the wings up to 24 hours before you want to serve them. Marinate covered in the fridge, and bring them out to room temperature 30 minutes before cooking. Cook according to instructions, and enjoy!
